Phase One

Summer 2026 - $120,000

Phase one focuses on renovating some of the most highly used spaces in the house:

Dining room, Kitchenette, Laundry room

The planned renovations include:

New flooring, lighting, and paint. Updated cabinetry, new dining chairs, refurbished dining tables, window coverings, and small appliances.

Phase Two

Summer 2027- $125,000

Phase two will focus on the exterior of our house.

Planned improvements include:

Restoration of front columns and balcony, new front door and entry improvements including security features, exterior paint, front steps and walkway upgrades.

Phase Three

Summer 2028- $50,000

The final phase focuses on creating a cohesive and meaningful interior that honors our legacy.

Planned improvements include:

Repairing family room walls and ceiling tiles, painting main interior spaces, updating entry and formal living room to create a unified and elevated look throughout the house, installing historical displays of chapter and house history across generations.
